Player Development Program for Birth Years 2007 – 2010:

Get a jump start on your hockey season with a pre-season clinic designed specifically for  8-11 year olds (second year 8U players, all 10U players, and first year 12U players). A foundation of skating skills will be set, as well as the development of modern skating concepts through challenging skills and drills.  Small area games, which are a great way to teach players higher level concepts, will be used in all sessions to keep learning fun and engaging.  Overspeed drills will also be used to help players gain comfort at high speeds. Players will be divided into groups based on age and ability. Instructors TBD.

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays the weeks of 9/17, 9/24 and 10/1

Time: 5:30 – 7:40pm

Cost: $95 prior to September 13th; $125 after September 13th

Player Development Program for Birth Years  2004 - 2006:

This series of clinics is geared toward second year 12U players through second year 14U players and will progressively reinforce the fundamentals needed for players to safely enter the body checking level of ice hockey. The sessions will start off with a focus on introducing and refining the concepts of angling, awareness, positioning, body contact and checking, then move into more advanced checking technique and skills.  Advanced skating skills, stick work and overspeed training will also be included. Jesse Simko will be leading these sessions.

Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays the weeks of 9/17, 9/24 and 10/1

Time: 6:40 – 8:50pm

Cost: $95 prior to September 13th; $125 after September 13th
