Week of October 5th:

  • Atoms: Regular practice schedule
  • Mites and Squirts: Skating development sessions with Jesse Simko from 5:30-6:30 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
  • Peewees and Bantams: Skating development sessions with Jesse Simko from 6:40-7:40 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Week of October 12th: Regular practice schedule for all teams

Pre-Season Happenings at MRC!

MRC is offering some exciting pre-season hockey programs in September. Contact the MRC to register in advance for all or any of the programs or you can also register the night of the first session. Please direct any questions to:

3 on 3 Overspeed Hockey
This program has been running successfully in the fall for the past few years and we're looking to continue this great way to get on the ice and just play. Open to all ages. Children will be split by age group and abilities. Goalies are welcomed and needed!

Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm and Fridays from 6:40-7:40pm the weeks of September 14th and 21st

All ages

How Much:
All four sessions: $50
Drop-In: $15 per session

2015 Pre-Season Hockey Clinic
Guest instructors will include Doug Shepherd of Andrews Hockey Growth Programs, Jesse Simko, Steve Hand and more. The focus will be on establishing and refining foundational skating skills as well as introducing modern skating concepts with the appropriate ages. For those familiar with the Andrews Hockey Growth Programs you know it will be a fantastic program and experience. If you haven’t been exposed to the Andrews style of skating development then you aren’t going to want to miss out on this opportunity!

Mites/Squirts (ages 5-10)
Peewees/Bantams (ages 11-15)

Week of September 28th
Mites/Squirts – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm and Wednesday from 5:50-6:50pm
Peewees/Bantams - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:40-7:40pm and Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm

How Much:
All four sessions: $99
Drop-In: $30 per session


2015 Hat Trick Concert Tickets on Sale Now!

Tickets for the October 16th Hat Trick Concert are ready to purchase! Tickets are $100 each and include hors d’oeuvres and two live bands - Just Teachers and Motor Booty Affair. A cash bar will also be available during the event. Remember, the benefit concert is in place of the Hat Trick auction and all proceeds support our youth hockey programs. What better way to keep the kids on the ice than enjoying a night out of food, drinks, and dancing with friends!

Additional information:

  • Ticket sales are available through the Point Lookout box office.
  • You can purchase them by contacting Catherine at or 207-789-2026
  • Since this is a non-profit event, cash and checks are the available payment methods (please make checks payable to MCSA); further payment instructions will be provided when you reserve your tickets
  • Payment is required for tickets prior to September 1; once payment is received Point Lookout will send the tickets  
  • In the event payment is not received by September 1, reserved tickets will be available for purchase by the general public
  • The event starts at 6pm with food and drink; bands will start at 7pm
  • Point Lookout is also offering discounted cabin rates - just reference "Hat Trick Auction"

Motor Booty Affair, Dinner, and Drinks!! What better way to support Camden Hills, Maine Coast Storm, and Ice Cats youth hockey organizations than dancing and enjoying food and drinks with friends! Ticket information will be available soon, however, tickets will be limited so clear your calendars!!

The Maine Coast Skaters Association offers Youth (Boys & Girls) and Adult ice hockey programs which begin in late September and run through the end of March.   We hope you consider joining our community for both recreational and competitive ice hockey.
